Ok, Justtasks may look like a fancy, electronic 'To-Do List' but in reality it is so much more. It is a completely different mindset that you can easily and quickly apply to every area of your life. Yes it is primarily designed to transform your working life but everyone can gain incredible benefits by applying it to all areas of their personal life as well. To this end we built a tiered pricing structure providing everyone with just the tools they need. We firmly believe this is a tool designed to contribute and add value to your life. To that end we have deliberately not cluttered it with any third party advertising or pop ups so you can focus on getting things done.
Below is a range of screenshots which show the natural progression of the app as viewed on a mobile device. The first image shows the list of Projects and you can have as many as you want. Once you click the Tasks button you can add as many Tasks as you want to each Project. From here you add the Task to the Master and Today lists as appropriate. You can filter the Master List if you have lots going on. Finally when a Task is completed it gets added to the Completed Tasks list which can be filtered by both Project as well as a date range.
Justtasks is a very powerful tool designed to allow you to organise and control your day to day tasks. It is based on many of the principles described in the book "How To Be A Productivity Ninja" written by Graham Allcott. In order to get the most from the Justtasks app, and to increase your overall productivity, I strongly recommend you get your hands on a copy of Graham's book.
Throughout the entire development process we have tried our best to keep things as straightforward as possible. We see no point in creating a wonderful tool that tries to be all things to all people, that ends up being an unwieldy and complicated mess. To that end we have incorporated some amazing features which are designed to make the application really quick and simple for anyone to use. We have also deliberately focused purely on task management, it is all the app tries to do and why we have called it Justtasks.
Pricing is based on single user access with one subscription per person. The basic package should provide you with all the basics that you need to get up and running and make your life more productive.
